A blindfolded navigation challenge that builds deep trust and communication skills.
The Trust Walk is a powerful team-building activity designed to build trust and improve communication skills. Blindfolded individuals navigate through a simple obstacle course, relying entirely on verbal instructions from teammates. It challenges participants to trust their team while developing critical listening and guidance skills.
Set up a simple obstacle course in an outdoor or indoor space.
Divide participants into teams of 5–12 people.
One member from each team is blindfolded; the rest provide verbal instructions.
The blindfolded participant navigates the course guided solely by their team.
The first team to complete the course without touching any obstacles wins.
Rotate roles so each participant experiences both guiding and being guided.
